To reset your password, you will need two things:

  • Your Username

  • The Email address you used to register with LAIT911

These two are most likely not the same thing. If you signed up for your account after 09/12/22, your username will not be the same as your email address.

To reset your account password, visit and fill in the required information. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password within a few minutes of submitting the form. This link will allow you to log in to your account temporarily to set a new password.


If you do not receive the email, or If you do not remember the username or email you used to access LAIT911 services, please reach out to support by emailing [email protected] with the following information.

  • List of possible usernames used

  • List of other possible emails used

  • Phone #

  • Home Zip Code

*if you have had a paid account at any time...*

  • the last four of your credit card on file

  • the billing zip code of the card

The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to find your account and get you logged back in.
