For every new incident, LAIT will automatically refresh the console with the information and sound a chime to get your attention. In some browsers, you are required to interact with the website before the chime can play, this is as simple as clicking anywhere on the page.

This sound can be disabled in your User Settings after registering for an account.

You will only receive audible alerts when you are on the home or bureau pages. You must leave the LAIT911.com tab open in your browser to receive the audible alerts, but you can open a new tab and the audible alerts will function as normal.
