Users who are associated with a team are able to provide notes on incidents under the User Contributed Information field that are only visible to themselves and their team.

By default, the "Send to [Team Name]" checkbox will be ticked. If you want your notes to be public, you have to manually un-check this box each time.

Users who are associated with a team are also able to view all recent incident notes left by their team on the Team Dashboard.
